This three story condo complex in West Hollywood was a built in 1965. I was hired to do a full remodel in one of the top floor units @ approximately 1200 square feet in size. We remodeled the kitchen, both bathrooms, the guest bathroom and the master bathroom, the bar area, new electrical panel, extensive electrical wiring changes, lots of the plumbing work and all ceilings were smoothed and plastered. Both bathrooms were fully demolished and I completely rebuilt the master bathroom shower with custom waterfall glass as a centerpiece. The guest bath was completely retiled, the kitchen floor and both bathrooms had new tile installed. The condo was completely repainted with color highlighted walls In the kitchen and master bedroom, new wood floors were installed in the rest of the condo and special beams were put into the kitchen walls In order to create a large open space. The finished result is very impressive and very dramatic!
