Wayne's Construction built a brand-new home in Studio City.  This home is located at the back of a very deep property behind the original house. Smaller secondary homes that are build on properties that already have an existing primary home go by the name of "Granny flat" or "A.D.U." which means Accessory Dwelling Unit. This new home is 1200 ft.² in size with an incorporated 300 ft.² deck in front. This new home has a raised foundation same as the original home at the front of the property. We used 2 x 6 framing in the exterior walls in order to allow for more insulation. The home has a vaulted ceiling which makes for a very impressive look when you first enter this house.  There is a master bedroom with walk-in closet. Two matching bathrooms and an office with a closet. There is a 

full kitchen, ceiling fans, great lighting and a washing machine and dryer. The earthy house colors make this home fit perfectly with the property given all the trees and natural greenery. This new home leased in three days and that is very good news!
