Wayne's Construction did a very extensive remodel on this great Woodland Hills home. The owners wanted a completely new look look for their home. We changed the basic look of this house to a modern Spanish Style Home with an upgraded front facade. We built a brand new over hang in front to create a patio space along with a new Saltillo Tile floor. We did extensive work on the back of the house and a complete remodel on a large rumpus room and converted it into a beautiful bedroom with a custom tiled full bath. I also did tile work on the front of the house in order to give it an accented look. We installed brand-new wood windows in front and matching wood doors. Lots of electrical work and plumbing work was done as well. We also changed the entire color of the house with new stucco. This new style greatly improved the look of the house and gave it far greater curb appeal! The owners were extremely pleased!
